Staff Picks

The Children’s Room staff is constantly reading new books as they come in. This means we are able to recommend some great titles for you! Here are some of our favorites.

  • Neil Flambe and the Marco Polo Murders/Kevin Sylvester  (This is a series; at present there are two more titles.)
  • Rules/Cynthia Lord
  • So B. It/Sarah Weeks
  • Gingersnap/Patricia Reilly Giff

What to read next…here’s a good place to get some ideas!

Did you know we have a good selection of LARGE PRINT children’s books? The print is bigger than normal, making the text easier to read. This is a good choice for children with low vision and other reading issues.
