If a library item is lost or damaged, patrons are required to pay the full replacement cost of the item, plus processing fee. In kind replacements are not accepted. If a lost item is paid for and then found by the patron, within 30 days only, a refund may be made. The receipt should be kept for that reason, as refunds will not be issued without a receipt.
